Dear Mr. Myrda:
Per our phone conversation yesterday, please find attached consents
to extend the status until September 30th. This extra time will
allow for the closure of the organization’s case on an non-expediated
basis. Also enclosed is the letter I mentioned to you. This is
not the final closing letter, as that will be mailed after the
case file is processed as a closed case. However, it is basically
a duplicate of the final letter which will be issued, and is provided
to you in case the organization asks you what is going on with
the case, and is in appreciation for this last extension you are
executing (a copy of the last consent executed is also attached
for your reference).
Should you have any questions, please call me. Your prompt attention
to returning the signed consent to me is, again, appreciated.
