Dear Ken,
I am very surprised and disappointed to learn that you have associated
yourself in a criminal act of grand theft by removing personal
property belong to me from the premises in Swansea, IL. I thought
that you would have checked into the legality of your actions before
committing this crime.
I expect that all of the items that belong to me will be returned
to me no later than the next 72 hours from the date of receipt
of this letter. If this is not done, I will have no choice but
to have my attorney file a theft charge against you for the return
of my property.
I hope that this will not be necessary Ken, but I assure you that
I will do so if my property is not returned intact.
I have instructed my attorney to file charges against the KWVA
association for theft, libel, and deframation [sic] of character
and will include all of the officers and directors of the KWVA
association.
Be assured that I will spare no expense or leave any leaf unturned
to clear my name and put those responsible behind bars as they
deserve.
