RE: John Maison, Nickolas Pappas, CPA Stan Mydra [sic], Oreste
Tramonte, and James Martin.
Dear Mr. Kelley:
As per our telephone conversation of August 30, 2000 we are requesting
that you obtain all records from Mr. Mydra [sic] and Mr. Pappas.
These records are the property of the Korean War Veterans Association.
We request that these records be returned to the Korean War Veterans
Association at the conclusion of the trial of John Maison (if any
trial).
These records will be helpful for our in house audit by our finance
committee.
