Dear Sir:

This Chapter supports the following Resolution.

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, on the KWVA National Treasurer’s Report, it is desirous that any miscellaneous expense in excess of one hundred ($100), be listed in detail under the Expense Column of said Financial Report for the KWVA membership to view, for the purpose of better accountability; and

WHEREAS, the above said Report must be submitted in full in the next Graybeards magazine following said Report submission, along with the action taken by the KWVA National Board/Executive Council thereto; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this resolution made by a member in good standing and in compliance with the appropriate by-laws, rules and regulations of the National KWVA, does hereby express its position for the National Board of Directors to adopt and enjoin the National Headquarters of the Korean War Veterans Association to make this resolution effective immediately.
